Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. SPONSOR:
The “Sponsor” is NURA USA, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 2652 White Rd, Irvine, CA 92614.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Formulation Service Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents who are physically located in California and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. PST on October 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on October 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, scan the QR code provided and submit your name, email, and brand name via the entry form (“Promotion Website”). Upon successful registration, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person.
No entries will be accepted that do not follow Promotion Website instructions. All entries must be received by the Sponsor within the Entry Period.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIMING:
One (1) potential Winner will be selected through a random drawing on October 30, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail at the address provided on the entry form. If the potential Winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate potential Winner at its sole discretion.
6. ODDS:
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZES AND VALUES:
Sponsor will award one (1) Winner a Formulation Service valued at $5,000 (Approximate Retail Value: $5,000).
Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the Winner’s name for the actual value of the prize received.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited, by participating you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry information for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without further payment.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All Sweepstakes materials, content, and related intellectual property are the property of Sponsor or authorized third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. RELEASE:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNITY:
You represent that you comply with these Official Rules. You agree to indemnify Sponsor against any claims resulting from your breach of these representations.
13. SUSPENSION / MODIFICATION / TERMINATION:
If the Sweepstakes is disrupted by events beyond Sponsor’s control (including fraud, technical failures, or natural disasters), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
14. TAMPERING:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
All issues concerning the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of California. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. MANDATORY ARBITRATION; NO CLASS RELIEF:
Except for intellectual property disputes, all claims will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis with no class relief.
17. MISCELLANEOUS (General):
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and other promotional materials, these Official Rules will govern.
18. MISCELLANEOUS (Full):
The invalidity of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid provision were not contained here. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
